Jersey City Polling & Ballot Drop Box Locations for the 2020 Election

If you have yet to submit your vote you still have the ability to vote via submitting your mail in ballot at a designated drop box. Even though the November 3rd, 2020 election is primarily being conducted via mail in ballots, which every active registered New Jersey voter has received through the mail, there are still polling locations available. Voters who do not receive a mail in ballot or prefer to vote in person have the opportunity to do so at designated Jersey City polling locations.

Where Can I Drop-off My Mail-in Ballot?

Jersey City has six secure drop boxes where you can still drop off your ballot before 8 pm on November 3rd (You can also drop off your COMPLETED mail-in ballot in person to the Hudson County Board of Elections- 257 Cornelison Avenue, 4th Floor). Below you’ll find the exact locations of the drop boxes and accompanying photos for reference:

Where Can I Vote In-Person?

Where you vote is based on census data and information on where you live and is divided by legislative voting zones in both wards and districts. It’s easy to get confused so we suggest figuring out where to vote before hand to ensure your vote counts on election day. Use this polling place locator to determine where you can cast your vote.
