7 Best Pet Friendly Apartments in Jersey City

But here are a few of the buildings in JC that are a great choice if you are looking to rent with your furry friend. 

 

The Rivet

They have an expansive entertainment lawn for leashed walks as well as a pet spa to keep your pooch fresh and clean. 

 

Journal Squared & Journal Squared II

605 & 615 Pavonia Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306

Located in the heart of Journal Square, practically on top of the PATH station, these KRE buildings are a great choice for the commuter and pet lover alike. The impressively tall high rises are in a rapidly developing neighborhood. JSQ and JSQ II are very pet friendly and have a lovely new dog run ready for furry friends to do their zoomies and make new pals. Downtown, just a few blocks from the Newark Ave Pedestrian Plaza and the Path train is The Lively. If you want to venture out of the building, it’s just a few blocks away from two public dog parks at the base of The One and Urby. And great news for Pit Bull and other bully breed lovers—this building welcomes all breeds!

Soho Lofts

273 16th St, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Located at the border of JC and Hoboken in The Heights, Soho Lofts offers some of the best pet amenities in the city. Whether you have a cat, a Maltese, or a St Bernard you will be welcome at Soho Lofts. The 8th floor this building boasts a massive dog run with three sections, so your dog has the option to play with doggy pals or have a solo potty break. In addition to this, the building has two doggy spas complete with bathtubs, grooming tables, and hair dryers—great for a regular bath or rinse off after a muddy day. One of the most luxurious apartment buildings in the city is The Beacon, located on 14 acres in the Bergen-Lafayette section. This is an encompassing community with unbeatable views of Manhattan and allows up to two pets. Between Grove Street and the Jersey City Medical Center lies 235 Grand, another KRE building for pet lovers. 235 is a beautifully designed building that’s welcoming to cats and most breeds of dog. This building has a unique dog run that not only includes agility equipment and water fountains for the pups, but an impressive view overlooking Grand Street. DVORA Hamilton House

255 Brunswick St, Jersey City, 07302

Located Downtown, Hamilton House is a family friendly building located near Hamilton Park and Enos Jones Park. This building believes pets are family too and allows two pets up to 50 lbs. Enjoy your walk to the park with your pup or enjoy the private dog run the building just established complete with trees, a boulder for the dogs to climb on and benches for people.
