Mussels Espinal: Caramelized onions, chorizo, PEI mussels steamed open with heavy cream topped with crispy bacon and frizzled fried shallots.
Mussels Athena: Kalamata Olives, garlic, artichoke hearts, lemon zest, fresh oregano, PEI mussels steamed open with tomato juice and topped with Feta cheese.
Mussels Thai: Red curry paste, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce PEI mussels steamed open with unsweetened coconut milk and white wine
