If the earth is 70% water and our bodies are also 70% water, Why do we keep putting things into our bodies that don’t match or are greater than this vibration?

We will be offering Kundalini Yoga and breathwork exercises that will activate and strengthen our immune system.
After the Yoga, we will have a local Jersey City Sound Healer playing Tibetan sound bowls and other chakra tuning instruments for us.
To enter for free you must bring fruit to share. Some of the best tropical fruits are from Asian stores but any ripe fruit will do. Lastly, bring a yoga mat with you as well. We will have juicers and blenders there so we can make fresh juice and smoothies.
The space is indoors and our max capacity is 40 people. As of now we only have 20 spots left. RSVP on meetup and Eventbrite to secure your spot. Once all the spots are filled the event will be sold out.
We’re a group of people who are into fasting, breathwork, yoga, eating plant-based type of diets, and we meet 3-4 times a month to network, learn and exchange ideas, and to connect with like-minded individuals.
Average attendance = 40 people.
5:00 PM – Doors Open + Will set up Fruit tables and begin juicing/making smoothies etc.
5:30 PM – Kundalini Yoga to strengthen the immune system
6:15 PM – Sound Healing
7:00 PM – Eating fruit, drinking fresh juices and smoothies, networking, & dancing
9:00 PM – Event Ends
