Bark in the Park 2020: Essential Medical Care for Pets in Need

Bark in the Park is Liberty Humane Society’s most important fundraiser of the year. As the only non-profit animal shelter in Hudson County, LHS rescues, rehabilitates and finds placement for thousands of local animals each year.

From basic vaccines and medication to complicated surgical procedures emergency care, LHS spends upwards of $200,000 each year on necessary veterinary and behavioral services for animals in our programs.

As a small organization with a high proportion of animals with special needs, this is something of a feat. We believe that each animal deserves a chance to thrive, and are committed to providing access to these essential services, regardless of animal breed, weight, or age. We couldn’t do this without your support.

Join our campaign, register as a fundraiser, and raise $250 or more to receive a special Bark in the Park “Thank You” box of products from local small businesses and graduates of Rising Tide Capital’s business incubator programs.
